Troitskoye 2
Description
A beautiful route in the north of Kaluga Region with every kind of road surface. The loop starts and finishes at the main gates of the former estate of Princess E. Dashkova in the village of Troitskoye. Right after the start comes a long asphalt drag of several kilometres, then the dirt road from Seliverstovo to Lyubovtsovo. A beautiful asphalt section is followed by a gravel road that turns into a field track. After the village of Roshcha there are several more tricky dirt segments: near the abandoned village of Velema and on the famous Old Kaluga Road section from Nedelnoye to Filippovka. The way back runs on concrete roads through old villages along the right bank of the Protva.
